The Pavilion is normally closed most US holidays including winter break.
Peace Pavilion Closing Temporarily Due to Coronavirus Concerns
PeacePathways and the Peace Pavilion are concerned for the health and safety of our visitors, volunteers, and community members. For that reason, we are taking proactive measures and will be temporarily closing the Peace Pavilion due to the current coronavirus COVID-19 situation and its impact on the community we serve and live in.
How do I Schedule a Group Visit:
(Sorry, we are temporarily closed.)
One adult is recommended for every 5–10 children. Allow 2 hours for your group to complete all the exhibits.
The Children's Peace Pavilion is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. Admission is free, but suggested donations of $1.00 per child or adult are greatly appreciated. Donations are tax-deductible.
Journeys, Leadership Keys:
The Children's Peace Pavilion has partnered with the Girl Scouts of NE Kansas and NW Missouri to develop a unique opportunity to work on your troop's Journeys or Keys.
Severe Weather Policy:
When schools or public institutions close because of severe weather, the Pavilion will be closed.
